The 1200ha nature reserve is situated in the Cradle of Humankind world heritage site. It is home to 3 of the “big 5”, being white rhino, brown and white lion, and buffalo. Take a leisurely game drive in the Wild at Dawn vehicle through the predator camps, where there are lion, cheetah and the endangered wild dog. At 13h00 on Saturdays and Sundays, the highlight is to watch the predators being fed. Continue your game drive in the park, where rhino and buffalo roam freely amongst more than 25 species of game, like giraffe, warthog, zebra, gemsbok, waterbuck, eland (the largest African antelope) sable, and endangered roan antelope.
Entrance fees to the reserve is approximately R260 per adult and R200 for pensioners
